I was given this book from a friend about a year ago and I carry it with me daily..I lost 4 family members within 8 years of my life in the 70's and I can relate to It's ok. It helps me feel like I can cry, laugh, remember, stay busy, and when I need a lift in life I read this little book to keep me postive and to go forward..Tomor-row would be my Dad's birthday, and the 12th is my moms 25th anniversary into heaven!!! I recommend you keep saying It's OK because we all live with loss and It is a possitive way to look at life daily.. Thanks for the Journey through grief.. It makes everyday worth living...
